Autumn is upon us and it's time to reclaim your space at the barre and start the season strong! From 16th September - 13th October, you've got 4 weeks to take 16 classes - and have a chance to win 4 months of our Unlimited Membership!
HOW IT WORKS
Everyone loves a Barrecore Challenge! It's a great opportunity to reset your goals and recommit to your fitness. The theme of this challenge is maximising your results by mixing up your classes and focusing on technique and frequency.
You’ve got 4 weeks to take 16 classes (think 4 times per week!) 4 of those 16 classes need to be specialty classes, but you can either mix it up and take different ones or take 4 of the same specialty class.
Barrecore specialty classes include:
- Technique Workshops with Barrecore Founder Niki Rein
Complete the Challenge and you’ll be treated to a pair of Barrecore grippy socks (you may need them after all those classes!)
You’ll also be entered into a draw at your home studio to win 4 months of our Unlimited Membership.
WHY TAKE 4 CLASSES A WEEK?
1. GET RESULTS - FAST!
On average, there is a 50% increase in results for those that up their total workouts from 3 to 4 times per week. The Barrecore Method is hyper-efficient. Show up frequently and work hard and to become a constant fat burning, metabolic, lean machine in a very short time!
