BarreLITE offers a slightly gentler pace to other classes on the Barrecore timetable. It’s 100% accessible for all ages and fitness levels and highlights technique, while still delivering the intense muscle burn we’re famous for. We've incorporated greater repetitions of moves, slower transitions between sets - allowing you more time to practice! Mastering correct positioning and alignment will ultimately help you achieve your fitness goals faster.
