Introduction is an attend ‘one time only’ class aimed at newcomers to barre fitness and in particular to the unique Barrecore Method.
It would be best to make this class your first booking with us, so you can familiarise yourself fully before progressing to either a Lite or Signature class.
The aim of the class is not only to give you a full body workout, but to make sure that you also receive a proper introduction to our class formats, etiquette, use of props, and of course have the opportunity to ask your instructor any questions you have in a supportive environment where everyone in the class is starting out.
This way you’ll be equipped with all you need to hit the barre hard and smash your fitness goals.
Whilst this class is not compulsory, we highly recommend booking it as your first Barrecore class.
At Studios where this class is not available, we recommend new starters go to our Signature Lite class.
