Length of class: 55 minutes
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) bursts are added to our Signature format, making this class one of the most challenging on our timetable, but also one of the quickest ways to get great, lasting results.
Instead of stretching between sets, in HIIT class we add cardio bursts - each with 4 different moves done for 30 seconds and repeated twice. For example one HIIT section may include; 30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds star jumps, 30 seconds jumping lunges, 30 seconds press ups (twice over). There are four HIIT sections in each class - but the good news is they’re over before you know it and they work! Be prepared to sweat.
You must complete three Signature classes before progressing to this format. It is important that you master the technique before progressing onto the next level.
This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.

To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
