The original and best loved Barrecore class; Signature uses our unique combination of isometric exercises (small intense movements) alternated with stretching to help you create the longer, leaner looking physique associated with working out at the barre.
In this dynamic class you’ll use a combination of bodyweight resistance, light props, work at the ballet barre and high repetitions to exhaust all major muscle groups. Particular focus is given to activating and toning the arms, thighs, seat and core.
Despite being a high intensity full body workout, this class is low impact and is suitable for all fitness levels. Choreography changes from session to session to ensure you don’t plateaux and to keep your muscles guessing.
