Having trained in Dance and Musical Theatre at both London Studio Centre, and Guildford School of Acting, Tash performed both in the UK and Paris before making the career change to health and fitness. Although she still takes a weekly classical ballet class, Tash is now most likely found on a yoga mat, or hanging upside down at aerial fitness. She writes her own yoga and fitness blog; 'Dance Flow Lift', and has recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Level 3 PT qualification.

To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
