But - New Year’s resolutions often fail because the bar you set for yourself is a little too high and the challenge too great. So you burn out, slow down and eventually throw in the towel. Our 10 week challenge has been created with this in mind. We want to help you set yourself up for success for 2019 - with realistic and manageable fitness routine that fits your own ambitions and lifestyle.
That way you will be more likely to stick to your committment - not just for January, but for the rest of the year!

Commit to coming to class once, twice, three or more times per week over our 10 weeks challenge period - starting Monday 14th January and finishing Sunday 31st March - and stand to win a free equivalent membership for the rest of the year!
Each of our studios will see TWO lucky winners of free memberships for the rest of the year!
Set a goal that suits YOU - one, two, three or more classes per week
This year, we encourage you to ‘raise the barre’ for yourself with this simple premise: Set your own goal for the number of classes you want to achieve each week. The challenge kicks off the week of January 14!
CHALLENGE 1: The Once-A-Week Challenge
Subscribe to our Once-A-Week Membership, sign up to the Once-A-Week Challenge, and win a Once-A-Week Membership for the rest of the year (worth £1,080). Take at least 1 class per week - 10 total during the challenge. Sign up here.
CHALLENGE 2: The Twice-A-Week Challenge

CHALLENGE 3: The Thrice-A-Week Challenge
Subscribe to our Thrice-A-Week Membership, sign up to the Thrice-A-Week Challenge, and win a Thrice-A-Week Membership for the rest of the year (worth £2,160). Take at least 3 classes per week - 30 total during the challenge. Sign up here.

We'll be announcing TWO winners in each studio
Out of everyone who successfully completes their own challenge, each studio will randomly pick TWO winners to receive a free membership for the rest of the year! If for example you've joined and completed the twice-a-week challenge - you're in the running for a free twice-a-week membership for the rest of 2019! You're equally likely to win if you joined the once-a-week challenge, as if you joined the unlimited challenge - but the price you'll win will be based on the challenge you entered.

You can name your playlist, add as many videos as you'd like to it, and remove/reorder the videos in your playlist to suit your training needs.
To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
You'll find your favourite playlists saved for you once you have signed in.
