Nothing says New Year, New You, like a fitness resolution made on the first day of January.
But - New Year’s resolutions often fail because the bar you set for yourself is a little too high and the challenge too great. So you burn out, slow down and eventually throw in the towel. Our 10 week challenge has been created with this in mind. We want to help you set yourself up for success for 2019 - with realistic and manageable fitness routine that fits your own ambitions and lifestyle.
That way you will be more likely to stick to your committment - not just for January, but for the rest of the year!
Commit to coming to class once, twice, three or more times per week over our 10 weeks challenge period - starting Monday 14th January and finishing Sunday 31st March - and stand to win a free equivalent membership for the rest of the year!
Each of our studios will see TWO lucky winners of free memberships for the rest of the year!
This year, we encourage you to ‘raise the barre’ for yourself with this simple premise: Set your own goal for the number of classes you want to achieve each week. The challenge kicks off the week of January 14!
Subscribe to our Once-A-Week Membership, sign up to the Once-A-Week Challenge, and win a Once-A-Week Membership for the rest of the year (worth £1,080). Take at least 1 class per week - 10 total during the challenge. Sign up here.
Subscribe to our Twice-A-Week Membership, sign up to the Twice-A-Week Challenge, and win a Twice-A-Week Membership for the rest of the year (worth £1,800). Take at least 2 classes per week - 20 total during the challenge. Sign up here.
Subscribe to our Thrice-A-Week Membership, sign up to the Thrice-A-Week Challenge, and win a Thrice-A-Week Membership for the rest of the year (worth £2,160). Take at least 3 classes per week - 30 total during the challenge. Sign up here.
Subscribe to our Unlimited membership, sign up to the Unlimited Challenge, and win an Unlimited Membership for the rest of the year (worth £2,340). Take at least 4 classes per week - 40 total during the challenge. Sign up here.
The challenge is designed to work in conjunction with our four different memberships. If you don’t already have a membership, check out our four membership options and choose the right one for you.
Out of everyone who successfully completes their own challenge, each studio will randomly pick TWO winners to receive a free membership for the rest of the year! If for example you've joined and completed the twice-a-week challenge - you're in the running for a free twice-a-week membership for the rest of 2019! You're equally likely to win if you joined the once-a-week challenge, as if you joined the unlimited challenge - but the price you'll win will be based on the challenge you entered.
We want you to find a Barrecore routine that resonates with you. One that you genuinely look forward to every day, and stick with over time.
The Barrecore Method practiced once, twice, thrice or more times in a week will not only increase your strength and stamina but you’ll see amazing results and relish in a lengthened and sculpted physique for the year ahead. Not to mention the endorphin boosting and mental clarity that comes with regular practice.
The idea behind the challenge is to help you create good habits, not just for January, but for the rest of the year.
Raise your own barre and pick the challenge that suits you! Simply let us know which challenge you would like to set for yourself by dropping us a line at [email protected], or sign up in studio.
