We're treating all London Marathon 2019 finishers to a FREE BarreRESTORE class!
To celebrate the strength of all who have taken part in the London Marathon this weekend, we are treating you or a friend who completes the race to a FREE 55-minute BarreRESTORE class!
Available at any of Barrecore’s 10 London studios between Sunday 28th April and Sunday 12th May, BarreRESTORE provides the necessary active recovery for the body to recuperate quickly and safely after the gruelling 26.2-mile challenge.
The specially designed rehab element of BarreRESTORE includes our unique combination of fascial-release techniques and lengthening stretches to aid muscle recovery and ease any stiffness, aches or pains as well as increasing flexibility. This will encourage muscles to elongate, detoxify and ultimately become more flexible. BarreRESTORE also includes effective breathing techniques to relieve tension, manage cortisol and help calm the body.
A note from our founder, Niki
“Completing the London Marathon is a really meaningful fitness goal! Just remember that all that stress and tension on joints and muscles can have long-lasting effects on the body. Many runners neglect recovery following a big event and Barrecore is the perfect complementary low-impact workout for those looking for prehab and rehab elements in their recovery regime. Congratulations to all the racegoers and we look forward to seeing you in class over the coming few weeks!”

Warm wishes to all those who participated and we look forward to seeing you in studio soon!
