Head into summer feeling strong and ready for the fun ahead - and be in the running for a free membership for the rest of the year!
Anyone can join! Pick one of 4 categories that best suits your lifestyle and goals. But don't forget, 4 is the magic number ;)
COMMIT TO ONCE-A-WEEK
Take at least 1 class per week - 8 total during the challenge
COMMIT TO TWICE-A-WEEK
Take at least 2 classes per week - 16 total during the challenge
COMMIT TO THRICE-A-WEEK
Take at least 3 classes per week - 24 in total during the challenge
COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE AND WE'LL RANDOMLY SELECT 10 WINNERS ACROSS ALL STUDIOS. YOU COULD WIN:

- Make it a habit. It's always easier to remain consistent when you've blocked out a specific time of the day to do the class! Set your schedule for the week on Sunday night and all you have to do is show up.
- Bring a friend! Working out with a friend is the best. They will help you stay motivated and you can go out afterwards to celebrate being awesome!
- Track your progress! Every week try to do your own version of a check-in whether it's logging in a notebook the changes that you are seeing and feeling or a "self-empowerment" selfie, take note of your progress and celebrate it!

Creating your own personalised playlists on Barrecore is easy - to start, simply find a video you like, then click the button that looks like this:
You can name your playlist, add as many videos as you'd like to it, and remove/reorder the videos in your playlist to suit your training needs.
To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
You'll find your favourite playlists saved for you once you have signed in.
