WHY OUR STRETCH CLASS IS KEY FOR QUICKER RESULTS

Change in the body takes place during the recovery period, which is why adding a STRETCH class to your weekly fitness regime means faster, long-term results.

Flexibility training is a massively important part of barre fitness. Supple, flexible muscles make correct positioning in barre fitness easier. The more accurate the alignment in classic poses, the longer we can hold them for, and the deeper we work our muscles. That's why stretching is a key component of all Barrecore classes.

We use fascial release techniques alongside indulgent, lengthening stretches to aid muscle recovery and ease any tension, aches or pains in the body. Ideal if you've already taken 2 or 3 classes in a week and are still feeling the burn. Remember, change in the body takes place during recovery, not while we're burning and shaking, which is why flexibility training is so impactful!
