The Barrecore Method focuses on exhausting all major muscle groups to the point of burn out, resulting in rapid muscle toning and an increased metabolic rate. In a barre class, the quicker you can get to your 'burn-out' phase and the longer you can hold positions for, the faster you'll see results. To achieve this, muscle strength and flexibility are key - both of which are aided by the practice of yoga, just one of the reasons we have introduced yoga classes into our Studios.

What to expect from Vinyasa

In our open level anatomy-focused Vinyasa flow the focus is on continuous movement as we progress through a series of Asanas with coordinated breath linking each pose to the next. The class develops clarity of alignment in motion, improving coordination, spatial awareness and controlled weight transfer. You’ll leave your mat feeling strong, open and balanced.
