I've started this thing called Barrecore. It pulses your body to the music. It's shaky, you almost feel like Bambi, but it's really good for you. It's like ballet mixed with pulsing yoga.
Barrecore is really hardcore - you do squats on your tippy toes until your legs shake and burn. But it really works.
I love Barrecore. It's a very hardcore form of interval training, stretches and ballet moves. I scream at the time but afterwards I feel amazing!
I'm absolutely in love with [Barrecore]. It's so brilliant for my body but also my mental state.
