Our Baby & Me classes are specially designed for new parents looking to rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy, all while bonding with their baby in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Led by expert instructors, these low-impact barre workouts focus on core stability, posture, and alignment, tailored to your postnatal body. Little ones stay close by on a mat while you move with grace and intention.

Whether you’re easing back into fitness or discovering barre for the first time, Baby & Me offers a space to feel strong, connected, and supported.

Frequently asked questions

  • When can I start Baby & Me classes after giving birth?

    You can join from 6 weeks postpartum, or 12 weeks if you’ve had a C-section—just make sure you’ve had your postnatal check-up and been cleared to exercise.

  • How old can my baby be to attend?

    Our classes are designed for babies from 6 weeks up to the crawling stage. Once your little one is on the move, it’s time to graduate.

  • Do I need any prior barre or fitness experience?

    Not at all. Whether you’re new to barre or easing back into movement, our instructors will guide you through every step with care and expertise.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Just the essentials for you and your baby—a baby carrier or blanket, plus anything your little one might need during class. We provide all mats and props. Please note: due to limited space, we kindly ask that prams are not brought into the studio.

  • Can I feed or change my baby during class?

    Absolutely. We get it—babies run on their own schedule. You’re welcome to pause, feed, or change your baby at any time. This is a judgment-free, parent-friendly space.

  • What if my baby cries or gets fussy?

    That’s completely normal. Our instructors and fellow parents are incredibly understanding. You can take breaks or soothe your baby as needed – we’re here to support you, not stress you.

  • What should I wear?

    Anything you feel comfortable moving in – think leggings, a soft top, and grippy socks (which we also sell in-studio if you need a pair).

Started coming here recently, and I love the neighborhood vibe, and welcoming atmosphere (the woman who manages the front desk, in particular, is super lovely). After being turned off by bigger chains that blast music and treat you like a stranger, this is a welcome change. Classes are very good. Not quite as challenging as a few other places, but a lot of attention to form, which I appreciate.

At the time, I was out of shape post-Covid and struggling to work out due to chronic pain from endometriosis. But from the moment I stepped into the studio, I was welcomed with open arms. The front-of-house team and all the instructors made me feel supported, never judged for my limitations or fitness level. Instead, I was gently and consistently encouraged to push myself in ways that felt safe and respectful of my condition.

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am for the community I’ve found here. The staff and instructors are not only incredibly professional but also deeply compassionate. 💕 Barrecore Notting Hill has become a true safe haven for me, a space where I feel empowered, supported, and stronger every day.

My favorite workout in London! The classes are amazing and everyone in the studio is so kind. Every instructor has been so great and I always leave feeling really good! Their studio has also skylights which is a nice touch when you’re stretching in the end.

Absolutely loved this place! The location next to West Grove is perfect, and the class itself was everything I hoped for—challenging in the best way. My teacher was super thorough, explaining each posture clearly and offering helpful corrections when needed. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The staff was also incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a fantastic studio. Highly recommend!
